The apartment features a private bathroom, in-unit washer and dryer, a reserved subterranean parking spot with storage, and a room size of 24 square feet. Building is gated. Central AC and heating.
Apartment is located north Glendale just above the 134 witheasy excess to 5 or 2 freeways. Trader Joe's, Walgreens and Coffeebean just on the other side of the block.
