Private Bed/Bath in Shared 2 bed/2 bath Apt

1 private room (13"2' x 10"10' so pretty large) and private bathroom (tub/shower, sink, vanity) in a 2br 2ba, large 2nd floor of a small gated apartment complex with a full kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, stove/oven), AC, gated garage parking spot, laundry downstairs, large living room, and balcony.

$1200 per month, plus utilities (water/gas included, electricity will be about $50-$100 per person every 2 months depending on our AC usage, we like to keep the windows open). We currently have high-speed internet setup throughout the apartment, you would be welcome to use that if you share the price ($25 a month)!

My boyfriend and I live in the en suite of this apartment, currently looking for a roommate for the other private bedroom and bathroom. We are in our early 20s and love plants, cooking, and exploring the outdoors! I work as a manager at a dance studio and my boyfriend works in marketing. We are pretty chill and open-minded but like to keep things clean. We love live music, live theatre, movies, hiking and traveling, cooking, and playing games! Our last roommate is moving out so it will be available after June 1st and hoping to get someone in ASAP! The rest of the apartment is currently furnished with our stuff (couch, tables, tv, etc) but we would love for you to feel comfortable and bring anything you want!
