I have two rooms for rent in my home, but only looking for one roommate. Either of the two rooms are $1950, and if you wanted to add the second room for an office or yoga room (for example) the rent would be $2450 for both. In any case, there is a private bathroom that would be only yours, complete with a shower and deep bathtub for relaxing soaks. There is a wonderful backyard with lush landscaping and a lot of privacy. You would usually have the living room to yourself as I don’t watch much TV and I have my own tv in my bedroom. There is a beautiful kitchen, with lots of counter space great for cooking! There is always street parking right outside, and there is also a driveway with an electric car charger. I have an electric car so we could trade off using it if you do too!
There is a detached garage that has tons of potential to be a gym, yoga studio, art workspace, rehearsal room etc etc. I included photos, and sorry it’s messy at the moment!
About me, I’m career focused and I work a lot of hours. When I’m not working I like to go to shows, read, cook, do yoga, or work out. I love travel and travel every chance I get. I don’t have any pets. I don’t smoke, and don’t mind if you like to smoke plants, but I don’t like the smell of cigarettes.
