Room comes unfurnished, approximate dimensions are 10' by 14.5'. The bathroom is shared with two people and we have a semi-communal vibe when it comes to upkeep of supplies and daily maintenance.
We're all pretty calm and like to maintain a chill, friendly vibe, so we're very much hoping to add another low-key person to the equation! No pets allowed whatsoever, but we do have one cat so hopefully you're not allergic.
The rent is $850/month which includes utilities and internet, with an additional $850 deposit up front.
