Welcome to a stunning, newly built, townhouse community. The home inside is very clean, peaceful and bright! The property outside is friendly and fun. It offers many great amenities, such as an outside lounging area with a fire pit, barbecues, swimming pool, jacuzzi and a playground. In the unit, there is a washer and dryer, centralized air conditioning and heating (Key feature to new buildings, when it is very hot or cold). Also, use of new kitchen appliances and large island for gourmet cooking! We require a credit and background check for all applicants ($29. Non refundable fee). Rent is $1,300. per month. Security deposit is $1, 300. which is fully refundable when you move out, provided there are not issues. It is a yearly lease, no month to month leases. We require a minimum 60 day notice to move out. The townhouse is a 4 bed 3.5 bath townhouse in a quiet community in Gardena. 1st floor is the garage and lower bedroom and private bathroom, 2nd floor is the living room, kitchen, dining space, ½ bath and a balcony and full kitchen. 3rd floor is the upper bedrooms, master bedroom with private bathroom, shared bathroom, 2 single bedrooms (1 is the one being offered). The property is very close to these highways, I-105, I-110 and I-405. You will have your own bedroom about 126 sq. ft. The bedroom is on the 3 rd floor. You will have a shared bathroom. The room is NOT furnished so you have to bring your own furniture. The pictured bed is for room sizing, only. Note: For a small fee of $150., I can provide a Twin Size bed, without pillow, sheets or blanket. The rest of the house is fully furnished. The kitchen has all new appliances and a marble cooking island, Central Air Conditioning and Heating. Parking is outside the gated community, guest parking is available on a first come first served basis.
