Hello, I am renting my childhood home from Family. This is a two story house and I live downstairs with my 2 dogs. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one of which is available. My other roommate was introduced to me via our mutual friend and we both enjoy this quiet home.

The room available is considered the master of the house and has 2 closets, and a window. The floors are new, and the walls are freshly painted. The upstairs portion has its own bathroom and is shared with one other roommate. Our common space's are the living room, kitchen and dining areas.
The property does include a washer and dryer on site. We have plenty of room in the kitchen for your things but no need for more dishes as that is all covered.

Please note there are 2 dogs, both well trained and very loving. They do no inhabit upstairs and are very rarely left home alone.
