3 bedroom apartment. 10'x10' room for rent, shared hallway bathroom (shared with only one person) wood floors and tile in common areas. Bedrooms are carpeted. Washer dryer in apartment (private and free). Also there is a nice brick gas fireplace in the living room. There is gated garage parking available. Shared utilities are Wifi, electric and gas.

Roommate 1 is 35 professional, a friendly and considerate roommate and respectful of common use areas. Quiet lifestyle spending free time relaxing and watching movies. Cooks once in a while and washes dishes regularly. Keeps common spaces neat and clean. Stable, laid back and drama free. Vaccinated and boosted.

Roommate 2 (shares restroom) is 25 professional, friendly, considerate and clean. Also vaccinated. Also stable, laid back and drama free, tends to be out and about often.

Occasional non nicotine smoker (Outdoor smoking if preferred).
