- Just furnish your bedroom! Common areas (living room, dining room, kitchen) are fully furnished.
- House will be shared with 4 roommates total. Maximum 1 person per room. No couples or shares.
- Prices are for rooms only. No parking.
- Street parking only. No more rented spaces available.
- Maids will clean all common areas monthly (private bedrooms are excluded).
- Landlord will split the utilities among all roommates by headcount each month.
- Pets allowed. Requires $500 pet deposit.
- 1 year lease required.
