We are offering Private Rooms and shared for 28 day period as well as weekly for $300 per week and shared
rooms at $250 per week. additional weekly rentals are based on each guest's behavior and ability to get along with other house guests, as well as ability to pay on time.

FIRST MONTH FREE: First time guest promotion for 6 month commitment is $1050 for 2nd month. $1050 each month thereafter. $1,000 Security Deposit. 3 Month on Shared living with $500 Deposit.

A deposit must be provided to hold up to 7 days upon approval to stay. There is a $40 application.

We do not tolerate any issues or drama. You can rest assured this is the best place for creative/business-minded and trouble-free house guests.

Private Rooms may add a Additional persons for an additional $300 each. 4 people max.
The private rooms are 4 of 5 bedrooms in a 5 bedroom duplex. The 5th room is a Master bedroom with a private bathroom for $400 per week.

We have been at this residence for 2 year. New Building.

Brand New Duplex just built in 2020.

It is a shared living space.
No Visitors permitted due to COVID 19 Restrictions.

We offer all of the amenities of home, and then some. Washer and dryer available inside the unit. The garage has been converted into a full on recreation room complete with a large flat screen, sectional couch and pool table, dart board, and weight set.

All New appliances included. This unit has a large kitchen with quartz counter tops, brand new appliances. Living room, dining room and kitchen furnishings will be provided New carpeting throughout the property open into the large living space with natural bright light, 3 full bathrooms, large storage closest downstairs and in each room. Upstairs has 5 bedrooms including the master suite with its own private bath. Laundry area upstairs and a full bathroom in the hallway. Monthly utilities will be included.

There is a host that vacuums and sanitizes the house on a weekly basis. We Clean everything daily with bleach and disinfect. You are expected to clean after yourself. We do our part to help prevent Covid-19. Please arrive properly face covering if you would like to come and see the place.
