Private Bedroom with connected private bathroom

I I am looking for someone to take over my roommates lease on November 10th. The lease has 10 months remaining, and then the lease becomes month to month.

Rent is $1200 + utilities/Internet

Includes the following:
-Private Bedroom with private connected bathroom
-Spacious living area
-A respectful and considerate roommate (me)
-Central AC
-On site Laundry
-On site pool/hot tub/clubhouse. This is an HOA building, but we do not have to pay any additional HOA fees.
-Convenient location. Not too far from the city, and apartment is right off the 101. Walking distance from Trader Joes, Chick Fil A, and 7- Eleven. Tons of shopping, restaurants, etc within very close proximity.

About me:
-I am 28 years old. From Seattle, but moved to Los Angeles in 2022.
-I am LGBTQ, and expect a LGBTQ friendly roommate.
-My first roommate and I lived together for over 6 years.
-I am outgoing and friendly, but also like my alone time.
-I am a career driven professional working in the Fashion Industry.
-I am reliable, considerate, and an empath.
-Overall, I am a good roommate and hope for the same.
-I do have a cat named Chicken, who is very chill and well behaved.
