Seeking 1 Roommate in Gigantic 1800 Sq Foot Condo!

Looking for 1 woman and/or queer person roommate for my recently remodeled Encino condo.

- One bedroom with a private bathroom: $1600 includes side-by-side parking space and a private bathroom

- Fully furnished kitchen, w/an induction stove top, and living/dining room

- Rent covers: water, trash, cable tv, security, pool and spa maintenance, multipurpose space

- Rent does not include high speed internet ($27/person/month) and electricity (depends on usage)

Note: roommate will be asked to sign a 1 year lease and for 2x rent (first month’s rent, flexible security deposit).

I’m looking for a fully-vaxxed roommate, late 20s and up with a full-time job. I’m looking to create a relaxing and calm home environment that is clean and tidy and where we are respectful of each other and others’ belongings. My space will not tolerate racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, fatphobia, xenophobia, etc., and please no bringing the party home.
