Overall space: 1,470 sqft. central AC, laundry inside, up stairs unit in a duplex. Sharing 1 parking space. Street parking available too (plenty available! No permit required)

Your space: 1 bedroom and detached private bathroom, big closet! Lots of light :))

Me: hi I’m ash! I’m 29 and I work a hybrid job as a program coordinator at the LA lgbt center. I’m an introvert and don’t usually host guests, except for my family on special occasions and a friend here and there. I do usually stay home during the week and a nice home cooked meal. I love riding my bike and also watching movies. On the weekends I will usually be out and about going to shows and flea markets! I’m open to being friends / friendly with a roommate. I’m also open to doing our own things too.
