Spacious, Bright Rooms in Creative Queer Home

Hi! We have one room available in 4 bedroom 2.5 bath space in Echo Park (very close to Downtown). The small building has just 3 completely independent units, all street level, so no upstairs or downstairs neighbors. The space used to be a law office and then a restaurant so it has a unique and fun layout. Very chill street and area too, close to the freeway, and with shopping, restaurants and parks nearby.

The room is available now as a sublease and I am looking for a 6 or 12-month stay ideally, although a shorter sublet could be considered.

The apartment has gated parking. On the first floor there are 4 rooms (the one listed here has a private bathroom), a big living room with lots of bright light during the day and a half bathroom attached to it. On the basement we have a fully renovated and spacious kitchen with fridge, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, etc., a dining area, another living space with a big TV and a large shared bathroom with washer and dryer.

You can have privacy in your room or make use of the shared spaces, depending on your mood. There are two other roommates now (myself included). We cultivate a respectful atmosphere where everyone values keeping the home clean and low-key.

Room can be furnished or unfurnished. Up to you.
