There's no deposit, I operate on trust and the rent is included with all utilities and parking so it's all just a single payment.

This is a lovely bedroom with freshly painted walls and hardwood floors. The overall apartment is spacious and well furnished. I've lived here for several years and I've renovated each room with fresh coats of paint and modern flourishes. There is a great flow to the apartment, and guests who visit find the space vibrant and charming. I've also recently installed a brand new washer and dryer unit in the service porch.

I've been fortunate to have had success with people who have rented this room in the past. I'm seeking a working professional who is attentive and tidy, and who can share a space well. I can also refer you to prior tenants to vouch for how it was living here.

I'm very keen on finding the right fit instead of rushing to sublet this room. I work a service industry job on weekends while on my own time I'm forming a small production company and putting all of my focus into that or the gigs I do on the side for events and videography. I like a clean, organized place and I expect anyone living here to have good living standards.

The room is lightly furnished so it's good for someone who is between apartments or new to the city. If you have your own things I can remove anything. The bed frame is full size, and the mattress is new.
