The room/$$:
-$1575 + utilities and security deposit
-Available early April (likely 4/1 but can be flexible)
-Private room w/separate entrance
-Shared bathroom

The apartment:
3 bedroom, 1 bath with balcony. Large living room, in-unit laundry, dishwasher, A/C + heater in living room (you’re welcome to install portable AC in bedroom). No dedicated parking, however plenty of street parking.

Near Echo Park Lake and short walk to Sunset Blvd, lots of restaurants, bars, shops, grocery stores, etc. as well as close access to freeways.

About us:
Two women in our late 20s-30s and a small dog! We both work full-time around the 9-5 schedule, and are very friendly, clean, respectful and overall pretty quiet - see home as a place to come to and relax.

Roommate #1: is a full-time photographer in food media and splits time working from home and being off-site for shoots. Has a small dog that is very sweet and friendly. Enjoys cooking every now and then, hanging in the park with friends, checking out local breweries, and running around the nearby lakes and parks.

Roommate #2: is a full-time university program assistant (mostly works from office - one day from home). Likes to cook, read, watch TV, go to local cafes.

About you:
We’re looking for someone who is friendly, quiet, aligned on cleanliness, respectful of shared spaces and down to contribute to routine household chores. Also, if you have furniture, etc happy to discuss - our current roommate will be taking some things and a great opportunity to redecorate the shared spaces together :)
