Nicely appointed small private bedroom available in 2 bedroom house in Echo Park. The interior of the house includes a livingroom, eat in kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. There is also a washer and dryer and a nice spacious outdoor patio with potted plants and a view of DTLA.

The house is on a quiet foothill street with very easy street parking. On the extremely rare occasion that the street is parked up, driveway parking is available.

As I am a private chef, I prefer to live with someone who leads a busy life and who does not prefer to cook. If you live with me, chances are you will probably eat very well when you are home. I eat a pescatarian/vegetarian/vegan diet.

I am a warm and friendly very healthy physically fit multiple income stream gay entrepreneur who works from home. I enjoy living with another clean, friendly and honest gay man with an outside job (student ok), who is low maintenance, low drama, has his own friends, pays the rent on time, DOES NO DRUGS, and who desires and will sustain his part in a joint effort to maintain a mutually respectful roommate situation.

The space on offer is furnished and works best for a housemate who does not have a lot of personal possessions. If you will need a truck to move, this is probably not a situation you should pursue. Some of the items currently in the room can be moved out. You could fit a a small desk in there if desired.

Of course you can have your friends over, hook up in your room, and host an occasional overnight/visiting guest. I do not mind people in the house to a point. However this share is for ONE person, not more, so if you are in a serious relationship and spend more than one night a week with your partner, you should be able to sleep over at his house too.

Utilities and internet are included unless you run the AC constantly in which case you will have to contribute to the electric bill.

The right gay, healthy, well spoken, personable, conscientous, financially solvent, non couch-potato adult will most likely find this a great living situation.

This is a pet free house.
