The secure building is centrally located in an up-and-coming neighborhood, close to the 101 Freeway and Vermont Metro station, LACC, AFI, Los Feliz, Silverlake, DTLA, Thai Town, and Griffith Park.
Move-in date: April 23 (flexible)

Month to month. $1400/month plus $60 utilities (incl. Wi-Fi and street parking residential permit). Optional: Personal gated carport parking space for additional $80/month. One-month security deposit required.

Room is light & airy, unfurnished or partially furnished if preferred (see photos), and has a great courtyard view and walk-in closet. Shared bathroom, washer and dryer on premises, hardwood floors. You are welcome to use the household items and appliances I already have there.

Very spacious community courtyard with patio heater and BBQs and lots of gardening opportunities. Neighbors are chill and mostly creative professionals and film students.

You would share the house with me (female European transplant) and two kittens (they are mostly outdoor cats).
I am a singer/songwriter and work from home. I am looking for someone with a stable income, preferably not working from home, who is respectful of all common areas.

I won't do background or credit checks but need to see prove of income.
