Starting April 1st, 6-12 month sublet available in a master bedroom at our 3story 3bed 2.5bath townhouse in Hollywood right off of Santa Monica blvd. Master comes with a walk-in closet, private/ensuite bathroom tub and shower, private balcony, gated parking spot. Kitchen and living room are both very spacious. Pets allowed with deposit plus a guest parking spot. Rent is 2000$ a month + utilities. Internet is included Building is completely new, about 6 years old and there are two balconies showing the rest of hollywood (one of which you can see the Hollywood sign). You would be living with one roommate (me) for the 6-12 month sublet, with my girlfriend potentially moving in after that. Guest parking up to two spots and we should make one room into a guest bedroom if you want someone to visit. Apartment will be furnished (with options for you to move in stuff), but keep in mind the furniture in the photos are the current tenants that are moving out so it will change. Utilities, internet will be paid for and not included in your monthly rent. I am a clean person and respectful of other people's space.
