Fresh, Bright, Sunny Room near Los Feliz

I am looking for a friendly and stable housemate to take my room in this gorgeous house just off Melrose Avenue.

The house is a beautiful new build (new this year). You would take this lovely medium/large sized bedroom with in-built closet space and a bathroom shared with just one other.

For the price this place is a really great deal and a gorgeous home central to so many places including Hollywood, Griffith Observatory, Silverlake, Los Feliz etc. I have really loved being in the room.

The other housemates are warm, kind and sociable people and this room would be ideal for someone who is also a friendly person and not just looking for a place to crash. This is a home and we would want someone who can contribute to that atmosphere. (Not a party house either though.) 420 friendly. We have one very sweet little cat who does not shed.

We are preferably looking for a woman or a gay guy. But open to hearing from all!

Option to take over the lease until Mid-August with potential to renew for another year.

Also an option to sublet Feb & March.

Can be furnished or unfurnished depending on if you have furniture.
