I am looking to find someone to do a lease swap on my current apartment. It is a 5 month lease ending in June, with the rest of January free for whoever takes it over. It is a 4 bedroom apartment, with full kitchen, in unit washer/dryer/dishwasher, and individual AC units for every room. My portion of the lease includes a private bedroom, and full restroom (both will be unfurnished upon move in). Also, the person taking over the lease would have access to all communal amenities, including furnished living room, and outdoor seating area, as well as some storage space and a shared parking space in the back. The current tenants are all men in their mid-20s with jobs. No cigarette smoking is allowed per our lease. Please feel free to reach out with any questions!
