3. Have a steady past rental history for reference.
4. Be punctual with monthly rent.
The room we have for sublet is small sized. Not sure what sq. feet is.
It has a private bathroom and a private balcony.

Monthly Rent includes: Utilities (electricity, gas/water) and directv & wifi.
Parking is on street with permit ( which we can get you if you need).
Kitchen is open to use for any cooking use. Kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, gas stove, large refrigerator, a small deep freezer and microwave.
Bedroom already has platform full sized bed (new mattress) & a 65 in. Tv on wall with directv.
