Hey there! I’m looking for an awesome female roommate to move into my spare room starting 4/1. I live in a super cozy and charming two-bedroom, one-bath house in the heart of Eagle Rock, and I think you’re going to love it here. Here’s what’s waiting for you:

a wraparound yard complete with a fire pit (perfect for chill nights under the stars), AC in your bedroom to keep you cool and comfy, and plenty of street parking - no headaches!
The house is fully furnished with cute mid-century modern decor—except for your room, which will be a blank slate for you to make your own! The kitchen is stocked with literally everything you could need (think: KitchenAid, cast iron pans, you name it), and the rest of the house is super comfy and ready for you to kick back and relax. If you’re traveling light or don’t have much furniture, this setup is perfect.

You’ll also get to live with my sweet, small, hypoallergenic dog, who is fully house-trained and will probably want to be your new BFF.

Rent is $1150/month, and utilities (internet, electric, gas) are split evenly, but water and garbage are covered by the landlord.

The neighborhood? Amazing. Think great restaurants, cute bars, and so much charm—all within walking distance. I’ve absolutely fallen in love with this area, and I think you will too!

A little about me: I’m a 30-year-old freelance post-production professional. My weekdays are a mix of working in the office 4 days a week and working from home on Fridays. On weekends, you’ll either find me curled up with a good book, out exploring yummy restaurants, cheering on my DJ friends at the club, or catching a concert.

I’d love to find a roommate who’s fun, loves dogs, is cool with the occasional friend stopping by, and vibes with the idea of unwinding by the firepit with a glass of wine after work. I’m pretty chill, keep the house tidy, and value being both fun and respectful—so I’m looking for someone with a similar vibe!
