Master Bedroom Available in Luxury apartment

Hi, I'm Tamar, my current roommate is moving out for grad school so I’m looking for a female to take over her bedroom in August. Couples can be okay but I’d like to meet first. The room is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit in City Place Apartments. The unit is on the 4th floor, is newly renovated, has an in-unit washer/dryer, 2 patios (one patio is completely cat proof with a doggie door), and is carpeted. I need someone to take the master bedroom. It has a large walk-in closet and a large private bathroom with a pretty big tub. You’ll have a parking spot in the garage. I am estimating the rent to be $1,800. I am going to renew the lease and ask for month to month but planning to stay 1+ years.

City Place is a comfortable, safe place to live with friendly management. City Place is a luxurious apartment complex with a 24hr gym, temperature-controlled pool, jacuzzi, outdoor tv, fireplace and BBQ island. It is also located in the Playhouse District in Pasadena, and within less than a 10 minute walk to lots of restaurants, supermarkets, and Target.

I am 27, a Veterinarian, I work long days 4 days out of the week, and tend to pick up weekend shifts. I am very quiet, organized, clean, and respect people’s privacy. I enjoy watching movies or tv shows with my roommates, along with exploring new places, having wine nights and going to workout classes.

I’m looking for a young professional, female only, between 25-33 years of age, that is also working a full-time job and values cleanliness.

I have a cat named Charlie and will soon be adopting a kitten named Sir Gregory. Charlie is charming, and can be shy at first, but is a very friendly cat.

I absolutely love this unit and apartment complex, I have spent many hours in the Jacuzzi, gym, and have made smores at the fire-pit. I find this location very secure for young women to live in. There is also a Ralphs 2 minute walk right outside.
