Mid-May/June 1 Move In - Downtown La - 1,200

Hi! I'm looking for a roommate to sign a new lease with for my DTLA 2 bd/1bath apartment (940 sq ft) in a secure, high rise building, the room is available now - we are a few minutes from places like Little Tokyo, Silverlake, 15-min from Koreatown, etc and in a highly walkable area in the Historic Core area of DTLA.

About the apartment:
- Rent: $1,200 + utilities (around $50-60/month). Looking to sign a 12-month lease but open to a long-term month-to month
- Security deposit required - a month's rent
- Credit/background check/proof of income required - cosigners allowed
- Parking is included in the rent and you'd have a reserved spot in the parking garage right next to us, easy access to get to and from. FYI we have two parking spots but I don't drive or have a car, so removing one of the spots would actually lower the rent for both of us!
- In-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, AC/heating, dishwasher
- Amenities include 24-hour security, controlled access and well-maintained community areas offering a plunge pool, jacuzzi, lounge and outdoor dining with gas grills, fire pits and gardens
- I have one small dog and not looking to add another pet at this time, sorry!

A little about me: I'm 28 years old, I work in PR and work out of the office two days a week - I otherwise WFH. I love going out and having a good time, going to concerts, exploring museums and so much more!
I'm looking for a roommate in my age range (I'd love to be friends, but completely understand wanting space)! I am LGTBQ friendly, 420-friendly, and am clean and pretty flexible with our living situation.
