We're seeking a roommate for the comfortable and spacious private bedroom in our cozy 4 bedroom walk-up apartment. This bedroom features an extra spacious closet.

The room is available for September 1, 2024 move-in

Located in the flower district, this apartment is in an ideal location, and is a short walk to the best Downtown Los Angeles has to offer, including the Arts District, Little Tokyo and the heart of DTLA. Everything you need is in walking distance, including but not limited to Ralph’s, Whole Foods, Smart and Final, Target, Trader Joes, as well an amazing assortment of restaurants, food trucks, bars, shopping and nightlife.
