Hi! I am currently working and living in dtla and my lease is up this month so I am looking for a roommate first before signing a new lease for a 2 bedroom. Because it will be a new apartment we can look for an apartment together and find something perfect for both of us! I’m super easy going and like to live a comfortable lavish lifestyle. Meaning my place is always clean, I stock my kitchen with the cleanest foods, I like to use clean products in my home, I like more modern apartments, etc etc. hoping for a 2 bed 2 bath in the 3000 range in either dt or close by like Ktown. Apartment must haves: renovated, parking for us both (unless you don’t have a car), a gym, a washer dryer, and in a location I feel safe/comfortable. I work 5/6 days a week and starting a RN program in the fall so will be home even less when that rolls around. So when I’m home I like to just relax with my cats, but I also enjoy being good friends with whoever I’m living with. Everyone says I have a therapeutic spirit and I love to hear all the tea so I’m a great friend to vent to after a long day of work or whatever lol! I have 2 cats who are super chill, cute, and love to just hang around whoever in case they can get some pets or treats out of ya. If you have any questions please feel free to ask! :)
