The apartment overall is a 2 bedroom / 2 bath and comes with 2 roommates, a married couple who have been together for 20 years! This place really is like coming home. There' s even a fireplace! Also includes central AC and heating.

The complex is gated and includes your own underground, secure parking spot, laundry on-site, a pool and 2 patio ares with BBQ. The neighborhood is quiet and tree-lined. You can walk to the Galleria/Americana as well as all the shops and amazing activities in downtown Glendale.

Also, for your protection, you would be added to the lease of the apartment. So you would be required to prove income and credit score, etc. The normal, renting an apartment kind of stuff. :)

This is truly an amazing apartment shared with amazing people. I' m sad to be leaving but happy to see this room and situation go to someone who will really enjoy it.
