I’m renting out my room for a short-term stay starting ASAP through the first week of May. I’m open to month-to-month or short-term rentals, and if the fit is right, there’s potential to extend longer-term.

I’ve lived in this apartment for 9 years with the same roommate, who is also my best friend of 13 years. We both work in the film industry, often from home and sometimes on set, with long work hours. We are respectful, calm, responsible, and clean. We don’t party or do drugs, and we’re looking for a roommate who values the same type of peaceful, respectful living environment.

The Apartment
• 3-bedroom apartment in downtown Burbank
• My roommate occupies the master bedroom with private bathroom
• I’m in the middle-sized room
• The third (smallest) room is also used for short-term rental

• Furnished bedroom (11’ x 10’)
• Queen-size bed with bed frame and 6 built-in drawers

• Desk with drawers (desk chair not included)
• Two nightstands
• TV will be removed
• Shared bathroom with one other person

Rent & Terms
• $1,600/month + utilities
• No security deposit required
• Available ASAP through early May
*if you want to bring your own bed or bed room furniture, I’m opento removing mine as well.
