About your roommate: Shared with mid-30s male law student/professional and small terrier dog who are clean, respectful, and friendly. His interests include, history, art, film, music.

Ideally you: responsible, respectful, clean professional or grad student (male or female) with good credit, proof of income sources. Must be ok with small very sweet terrier mix cutie.
