A spare room for rent!

We cannot wait to welcome you into your new 3rd floor room.
The room has a spacious bathroom and closet, and wonderful natural lighting. The security is amazing as well.
My name is Madi, I'm 22 years old and am a professional video editor and artist. I have a cat named Maka and am very into fashion.
Then we have 2 guy roommates, Rob and Nade
Nade is 25 years old and works as a prep cook, is an artist and plays a lot of video games. He has 2 cats named Ollie and Layla
Rob is 31 years old and is a professional artist and content creator.
The area is pretty good, and usually has food stalls around and a lot of amenities! There's restaurants, bars and even some farmers market style fashion stalls that pop up.

For the house, it is 3 stories with a rooftop balcony that you can see all of LA from. The first floor has a bedroom on it, the garage and some stairs to go up to the 2nd floor. thats where the kitchen, living room, guest bathroom and another bedroom is. The 3rd floor has 2 bedrooms on it as well as the washer and dryer. Your bedroom would be on the third next to the stairs up to the roof. It has its own bathroom with a shower and bathtub. There is also a decently sized closet and a large window.
