Private bedroom with garage parking

Hi, my roommate and I are looking for someone to fill a private bedroom in our penthouse apartment at CODA in Culver City. The bedroom is 186 sq. ft. and includes two mirrored sliding door closets. The bedroom also has glass doors to a small outside shared patio with another bedroom. The bathroom for this room is shared with that neighboring bedroom. The room comes with a parking spot in a covered garage in the bottom floor of the building. We are currently on a month-to-month lease.

The apartment has in-unit laundry, dishwasher, and central air a/c and heat controlled by a nest thermostat. The apartment has quartz kitchen countertops and all new stainless steel appliances since the building is new, only around 3 years old. There are 10 ft. ceilings and Lutron lights throughout which you can control with an app on your phone, and electronic keyless locks for the apartment. There is also a nice private outdoor patio next to the living room, and the glass doors let in a lot of natural light when the blinds are open.

Here are some other amenities for the building as a whole:
Rooftop barbeque and lounge with great sunset views. EV chargers in the parking garage. Locked room for bicycle storage. Electronically-controlled access to the building and mail area with a smart intercom, along with an Amazon locker next to the building entrance. Rinse laundering service and a discount on a gym membership at the Equinox at the end of the block. Online resident portal for paying rent, requesting maintenance, etc.

About us:
I'm a 28 y/o male graduate student in engineering at UCLA, and I do a lot of sailing and skiing on the weekends. My roommate (23 y/o male) works as an engineer at SpaceX and enjoys a good surf session. We have a pretty relaxed apartment and like to keep it clean, but are always down to have people over or throw a party on the rooftop.
