I am disabled, I have to take life slow so I am always around during the day hanging out in the living room doing physical tgherapy and yoga.
I am not super organized and I can be a little messy, so you need to be ok with that.
If you are willing to help out walking my dog and with cleaning , I am willing to negotiate the price of rent down for you in exchange. Please have experience with dogs if you are interested
