My sister and I are looking for a female roommate in our culver city Townhouse! Lease begins Feb 1st

We have one unfurnished master bedroom (14'5" x 13'2") with an attached private full bathroom with rain show, a full sized closet, ceiling fan, recessed lighting on dimmers, giant window, and AC. Garage space included.

We live in a beautiful and newly updated 3 story townhome with a private balcony and garage. Central AC/Heat and ceiling fans in each room. Washer and dryer in unit. Two full fridges (one in the garage), filtered water. We're in a very safe, perfectly located area close to literally everything: mall, target, coffee shops, Trader Joes and so many other essential places. Our community has 2 pools, a sauna, and basketball/tennis court. Plus our landlord is amazing.

We are looking for someone chill, responsible, clean, friendly, and fun! We're all the friendly's (weed, drinking, LGBTQIA+)

More about us: We're sister in our 20s, both creative professionals who enjoy home as a place of calm. From Missouri, but raised in CA. I work form home and she's always on the go.

Rent: $2000 not including utilities (will need to discuss but roughly +100)
Security Deposit: $1600
Lease Term: One Year (we will add you to our lease so good credit is a must)
Utilities Shared: power, gas, water, internet, monthly cleaning
