I’m the owner of a fully remodeled, clean, modern 3bd/2ba and I’m looking for one more roommate to share the whole property with. The room is brand new and never lived in. Cozy, clean, and great natural light. It has a built in bookshelf and a closet with ample storage above. Additional storage is available both inside the house and in the garage. Brand new shared bathroom with a tub and marble flooring. You will have full access to the entire property inside and out, garage, garden, grill, outdoor areas, etc. Brand new central heating and AC system throughout house, brand new kitchen with quartz countertops and appliances.

Location is excellent. Tree lined cul de sac street that is quiet, family-oriented and safe. You can walk to both the Platform and Downtown CC/Culver Steps in 10min.

I’m a 35 yo professional male who grew up here in Culver City. I go into the office to work 2-3 days per week, and the other 2-3 days I work from my bedroom. I like to cook, garden (I’ve got a large organic garden of fresh veggies we can eat), watch football, host bbq’s, etc. and I’m usually out of the house on the weekends hanging with friends, going to the beach or traveling around.

The other roomie is a 26 yo professional originally from Germany who works locally for one of the movie studios. Very easy going and is new to LA, so will be exploring the city and all it has to offer.

Looking for cool, respectful, thoughtful roomies. Open to both somebody who wants to hang or do their own thing, I’m easy.
