You have your own private bathroom and large walk-in closet. The rest of the home is fully furnished with A/C, and you have use of the kitchen and washer/dryer. Spacious backyard with trees, BBQ grill, and extra storage in the garage. Driveway parking.
Month to month rent at $1300 unfurnished ($1400 furnished). Satellite TV and internet included and shared utilities. Walk to Metro-link Train Station, city parks and several restaurants. A few minutes to three major freeways – the 210, 10 and 605 freeways. Medium to small quiet dog acceptable and based on compatibility with my dog.
I am a mature employed male who is neat, clean and enjoys cooking (just in case you don’t), working in my yard and walking my dog. Seeking a mature, upbeat, easy-going person (or a couple), who is/are clean, quiet and respectful of our home.
