Claremont room for rent

Hi! Looking for a responsible person that preferably works in healthcare. I’m a nurse and will be working most the time night shifts. This property is on a quiet street. Near by San Antonio hospital, Pomona valley hospital and Kaiser Ontario. Walking distance to downtown Claremont and the colleges. Parking on driveway. Rent includes everything unless there is a pet. I do not own any pets so I would consider changing the rent amount if that comes into play. Bathroom will be shared but is pretty large shower and would need to be maintained at all times since sharing is necessary.
