Private room for rent in Glendale

The room will be unfurnished. It is 10 ft x 13 ft, has dark hardwood floors, one large window and a ceiling fan. It comes with a 5 ft wide closet with sliding mirrored doors. It can comfortably fit a queen size bed and a large dresser. You will have access to all areas of the house including: the kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room which has a washer and dryer and a shared bathroom. My mom has her own private bathroom. You will also have access to our spacious backyard. You will NOT have access to my bedroom, my mother's bedroom/bathroom and the garage. These rooms will be locked when we are out of the house. Utilities are an extra $75 per month (water, electricity, internet, gas and trash). This is a great location in Glendale. We are right next to Carr Park, walking distance to Ralph's supermarket, and Target at the Eagle Rock Plaza. The 2 and 134 freeways are right around the corner! Downtown LA is only 15-20 minutes away, Pasadena and Burbank are both about 10 minutes away. There is a bus stop at the park that goes straight to downtown Glendale where the Americana at Brand and Glendale Galleria are. Our expectations: someone who is responsible and respectable and can pay rent in a timely manner, someone who cleans up after themselves, someone who respects our privacy and observes quiet hours after 9 pm.
