Private, furnished, 11x13, upstairs bedroom in a recently renovated house with driveway parking with hardwood floors, a big window, street view, and a deep, spacious mirrored closet with built in shelving. Located right on South Street, famous for food with yummy eats just a walk away. Great location just 5 minutes from the Cerritos Mall, Cerritos Towne Center and major freeways. LA, LB, OC, and Cerritos bus access routes. Renting comes with access to kitchen, living room, dining room, and furnished backyard with outside eating area. Asthma and allergy friendly house, I spray the home daily with allergen-reducing spray and there are 3 air purifiers located throughout the common areas, with no outside shoes worn in the home, slippers provided. We clean the home weekly, couch cushion covers are washed monthly. You would share the bathroom with just 1 other person who works full time. Elevated 18 inch bed frame, mattress, rug, and desk included, can be removed too. Utilities will be split evenly. Wifi, dishwasher, laundry/dryer use included. No smoking inside the house please. About Us: My fiance and I are both full time RNs in our 20s who share the main bedroom. Our downstairs roommate is a full time MRI tech. We all have clean background checks. We occasionally host people or family over, no more than once a week, closer to once a month. We have a 1 year old cat who stays in a separate room, she rarely goes into common areas of the house due to pet allergies.
