We’re two guys in our 30s seeking a roommate for our 3br/2ba apartment near Century City. Master bedroom, approximately 225 square feet with attached private bathroom, vanity area and walk-in closet. Spacious living room, full kitchen and balcony in a small 5-unit building. Apartment is on the second floor.

We’re quiet, reasonably clean, and mostly keep to ourselves. We’d like someone similar who is easy to get along with, responsible, and low maintenance. Must have steady income and pass credit check for landlord.

Apartment is located next to the 20th Century Fox lot. Cheviot Hills Park and Recreation Center, Westfield Century City mall, grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Easy access to 405 and 10 freeways. Close to Beverly Hills, Culver City, Sawtelle, West LA and Westwood.

Coin laundry in building (one washer, one dryer).

One shared parking space. Ample street parking in the neighborhood with permit.

$892/month. Utilities are a little over $100/month on average. We pay power, trash, internet, gas and DirecTV.

Room is currently vacant and available for immediate move-in with prorated rent. Prefer someone by Sept. 1st at the latest. Furniture pictured was left behind by previous roommate and is yours if you want it.
