Private Room and Bathroom for Rent

Hi,

I'm subletting a private room and private bathroom in a modern 2-bed, 2-bath apartment for $1,250, not including utilities. It comes with a bed, dresser, and storage shelves.
It's a sparse apartment. I keep things simple and peaceful since my days are so hectic, but I'm always open to changing the space.

The wifi is an additional $40. I'm hoping to get a new internet service soon!

I’m looking for someone with a consistent work schedule who would also appreciate nightly quiet hours. I’m an editor who’s mostly at work throughout the week, so sleep is paramount for me. I almost never have visitors, so I’m looking for someone with the same preference. An occasional get together is welcomed as long as agreed upon.

One month's rent as deposit.
May 1 - 5 move in day.
