Looking for New Roommate 6 Months left on Lease

Hello! I am looking for a new roommate to fill one the spare room in my apartment for the remainder of my lease. The rent is $1250/month and the lease is up on October, 5th, 2025. Utilities are not included but only due every 3 months (just paid in March) The apartment is in a very nice new building nearby MacArthur Park. It is within walking distance of the Westlake/MacArthur Park Red line station, many stores and restaurants, the park and an emergency hospital. The room has an open shared living room and kitchen, and you will have access to your own bathroom. The Living room/Kitchen is minimally furnished with A couch, table and TV but you would need your own furniture for your bedroom. There is laundry in the unit and a gym downstairs. There is a garage underneath the building which could hold a vehicle if you have one. There is also a great rooftop deck that has really nice views of Downtown Los Angeles and the Hollywood sign. I have a cat, she is very well behaved but does not have much experience with other cats. In the past she took a little while to warm up to another cat we were catsitting but eventually they got along. (pardon the slight mess) i am currently using the spare room but will have it prepared for potential offers.
