Hey, I'm offering a private room and a private bathroom, for $1250. That includes most utilities aside from Wi-Fi and electricity (combined around $50 to $70). Move-in date between Dec 1 and Dec 4. This is a 5-month sub lease.

It's a modern two-bed, two-bath apartment with all the amenities at a practical price. Furnished with bed and dresser. We have two-car garage parking, two elevators, a fitness center, an in-unit laundry/dryer, a kitchen island, central AC, a balcony, responsive on-site maintenance, and a rooftop view of LA in every direction.

I'm looking for a clean, considerate individual with a steady job. (Paystubs required.) Someone who values clear and direct communication and respects nightly quiet hours. Someone who doesn’t have a lot of visitors and enjoys a quiet living situation.
