Stuff to Consider
- Ideally looking to move someone in on Jan 1
- This would be a 6 month or year-long sublet, with the possibility to extend.
- Can’t promise outright, but there may be a garage parking spot available. Prop mgr is actively reorganizing the lot so we’d have to check availability (and possible additional fee?) when you move in. I know street parking in the area sucks, so I’m happy to try and coordinate to save a spot for you out front whenever possible.
- All are welcome. But, just FYI, I’m a cishet guy in case that cohabitation situation would be outside of your comfort zone.
- You’d also be living with a very affectionate and often cuddly cat, so this probably isn’t a fit if you’ve got major allergies.

One flat monthly fee of $1550: includes rent, utilities, electric, and internet.
