Hello!! Looking to fill a 2nd bed and private bath in my 2 bed/2 bath shared apartment in Westlake, near DTLA. Looking for a female roommate in her 20s-30s, longer-term preferable, gainfully employed/stable income, pays bills on time and in full, values kindness and common courtesy, keeps common areas relatively clean. You would be added to the lease via a roommate addendum. I have lived here for a year and love it, my current lovely roommate is moving in with her partner closer to a new job.

Includes: your own bedroom and private bath (not en-suite) and covered gated parking spot. All entries are keyed entry and it's a 4th floor unit with a trash Shute and laundry room across the hall (less than 15 feet walk) + an attentive female property manager on site 24/7. Utilities usually come out to $75/month each. Wifi is set up at $40/month or 20 each. The location is central to all kinds of LA attractions & several grocery stores are within walking distance. Moderate amount of city noise, but a diverse, busy, fun neighborhood to be in.

About me: 24 y/o woman, medical lab tech and working dancer. Grew up in the rural PNW and have a background in biology and modern dance. Love the LA dance/art scene and also an amateur aerialist and cat-sitter. 420 friendly and love to thrift as well. I'm slowly preparing to apply to medical school, so I dabble in night classes/volunteering/studying, etc. and my schedule changes a lot. Do great with roommates and hoping you do too!
