The bedroom includes one queen-size bed with firm mattress, all bed linens. t. v on shelved stand, and a work tdesk with desk chair. Wi-fi connection is available.
There is a separate laundry room with a washer, dryer, large laundry sink, ironing board and iron.
A private parking stall, immediately adjacent to the front door, is available to my tenant.
