Kitchen privileges include use of the microwave, frig, pantry, countertops and sink. Would prefer a tenant who doesn't use the stove or oven. There is a 24 hour laundromat one minute away. I am a very easy going drama free person who enjoys life. Smoking outside. No overnight guests please.
