Large Primary Bedroom Private Bath Walkin Closet

Large furnished primary bedroom on second floor of our family home. Room has private bathroom with shower, walk-in closet, balcony, sitting area with sofa, desk, mini refrigerator, microwave, TV, air conditioner and keypad lock. You are free to use the main kitchen, dining room, all outdoor spaces and washer/dryer. Utilities and wifi included with rent.

Background check and signed rental agreement required. $50 application fee for background check and $200 Cleaning Fee due prior to move-in.

In this house we are just your average family, complete with 2 cats. The pets will not be in your private space unless you want them there.

We are two parents with two college age boys living at home. Our schedules are all different so there is usually somebody at home. Our kids mostly hang out in their rooms. We have a reasonably quiet home. Were not party people. On occasion we may have friends over for dinner or board games, but nothing crazy. The neighborhood is quiet. We all work hard and are conscientious of all household members need for sleep and peace.
