Available now, I have a room to rent in a lovely, fully furnished home with hardwood floors throughout. You would share it with two other people (one male and one female). The house is 2,000 sq. ft. with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and central heat and air. It is less than a block from the Chandler bike path and close to the Burbank studios. It is 4 minutes by car to the Burbank airport and close to the mall, movie theaters, downtown Burbank, antique shops, restaurants, and the famous Porto's Bakery.

The $1,300/month includes:
• Furnished bedroom with a queen-sized bed (furniture can be removed if preferred)
• Your own private full-sized bathroom with double sinks, and soft-close drawers
• Weekly gardener
• Alarm system
• Large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator
• Indoor washer and dryer
• 2 fireplaces (one gas, one wood-burning)
• Plenty of street parking

About us- A female professional working in real estate/property management, and a male who is a personal assistant. We are looking for a professional (preferably someone who works outside the home), respectful, drug-free, non-smoking, and drama-free roommate to share this beautiful home with. I have a 3-year-old Shiba Inu dog (no additional pets, please) who mostly stays in the primary bedroom and is very shy and quiet (he’s more like a cat than a dog). We take great pride in keeping the house immaculately clean and organized—this is extremely important to us, so we’re specifically seeking someone who shares our attention to detail and is equally tidy. No couples, please- we are only looking for ONE roommate. Application and credit check ($40 fee) are required along with proof of income and bank statements. No pets, please.
