$1,690/ month rent (not including utilities, that usually brings it up to around $1770 in my experience living there.) You would be taking over 1/2 of the lease shared with my lovely roommate Shreya, and you would pay the apartment complex your rent, and You will just pay me for utility bills/ internet via venmo or paypal. You will also have a parking spot in a gated garage. :)
