We are looking for the perfect fit to join us at our house in Burbank.

We have a small private room for rent that we are looking to fill for about 12 months minimum. We are looking for someone who is clean, has good credit (650 minimum credit) and proof of stable income. Move in date is flexible.

Dimensions of the room are approximately 8 1/2’ x 8 1/2’ , plus a built-in closet. Includes access to a shared common area, kitchen, back and front yard, and two bathrooms. There are 3 adults living at the property. Plenty of street parking. Must be comfortable around dogs and cats. Sadly, we cannot accommodate additional pets.
